Choco Cherry Chili Granola Cookies

1 Cup softened butter

3/4 Cup white sugar

3/4 Cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp Vanilla

2 1/4 Cups Flour

1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Baking soda

1/2 tsp Baking powder

3 Cups Hammer & Tuffy's Choco Cherry Chili Granola

1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Mix butter and sugars together until light and creamy.  Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until incorporated.  In a separate bowl mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder.  Add the dry ingredients to the butter, sugar and egg mixture and stir until just incorporated.  Stir in the granola and chocolate chips.  Bake cookies at 350 degrees on cookie sheet for 8 to 12 minutes.  Cool on a wire rack and enjoy!


Baked Apple and Granola Oatmeal

(This recipe can be made the night before and refridgerated then baked just before serving.)

1/3 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Vegetable oil
2 Eggs slightly beaten
2 1/3 Cups Buttermilk
3 Cups Hammer & Tuffy's Original Blend Granola
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cup grated or chopped or sliced apple

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease or spray an 8" square baking pan.  In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.  Pour mixture into pan and bake until firm in the center 30-40 minutes.  To serve, spoon into bowls and top with milk.

Granola Pancakes

1 1/2 Cups flour
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 Eggs, slighly beaten
1 1/2 Cups buttermilk
3 Tbsp melted butter
1 Cup Hammer & Tuffy's Granola            
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.  Combine the wet ingredients into a separate bowl.  Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl of dry ingedients and mix.  Stir in the granola.  Cook the pancake mixture as usual on a skillet or in a pan.  Serve with pure maple syrup and butter.  Delicious with berries or sauted apple!!
